The stars that I give this business are for a few reasons: the owner is very polite, communication is prompt, and when I had my item delivered it arrived on time and in great shape. Unfortunately, after about two months of use the compressor in the refrigerator has stopped working. I called J P Kane's in the hopes of finding a resolution, but he informed me that it was a personal sale and there was nothing he could do.
