I have used J. Neel in the past and haven't had an issue. However, this year I could hardly get a call back, they refused to tell me over the phone what the rates for doing my taxes would be. Finally someone sent me the price list that was clearly made for client use. I called to schedule my appointment and I was ridiculed for having a copy of the pricing sheet. It was so unprofessional and condescending. I will be going elsewhere.
This is the first year that Neel Ratliff worked on my taxes. Their work was exceptional - professional, informative, and a very quick turn around! In addition, they provided advice on how to better structure my small business for future growth.
