On October 29th I called smuckers to report a product defect in the glass jar that the strawberry jam came in. While making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich I was stirring the jelly in a brand new just opened jar when the bottom of the jar literally fell off. I spoke with a customer service rep who promised she would send an email so I could submit the photographs I took and also said that she would send an email confirming that either coupons or a refund for the product had been issued.
