I have spent my last dollar there. I have been a loyal customer for years but ni more. stopped there on my way home and got some new gravel to do our aquarium. when we filled it up I noticed a leak not surprised though as it was old. my wife left for the store while I stayed to clean the mess and take care of the fish. I scheduled to have my Yorkie Poo groomed and when my husband had dropped him off to the store I had called a little later too make sure they had my phone number on file for pick up. When I called the store the lady who had answered was adamant telling me that they did not have my dog there, and kept telling me the only dog that they had there was a standard poodle... that was the first issue when my husband went and picked up our dog and brought him home his hair cut was TERRIBLE. I came in to get some tank mates for my betta after doing extensive research I went in knowing what I wanted and could get . the employee that "helped " me harrassed me into buying 2 crawfish. he harassed me for googling and doing extensive research . after 2 days of having the craw fish they attacked my betta and destroyed his fins . would not recomend buying fish from here loads of dead fish in the tanks and water everywhere
This place is great. Employees are very polite and helpful. Animals are well maintained and their environments are well kept. I would highly recommend this place. Prices are unbeatable and is a really great place to feel like you are getting the most sincere help provided.
TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!
