This guy is not a good lawyer he allowed us as grandparents to get verbally abused in court and allegations thrown at us and never said a single word..he thinks he is so smart but in court he was unprepared the judge literally gave it to him and all he wants is more money upfront...but the worst part is that he doesn't let you know how much the bill is till the end when u figure out what a circus he really is running...I ve had many lawyers and he was a joke at14000.00...but thats how it goes ..no worries karma is waiting...... read more
History of poorly handled cases. Was told to stay away from them and should’ve listened. Severe lack of effort, no sense of urgency or willing to fight for his clients. Do not recommend.

Believe the other reviews!! Search up his name on Google , how he has his ability to continue is a mystery. Stay far away! ***Note*** every true review you will notice he pretends he does not know the client or that they were on the opposing end. GOOGLE his name you will see what the courts have to say also about D-Ball. More and more customers are finally speaking out about his fatally I'll practice.
I very much regret the time and money that I lost to this office and would advise others to look elsewhere for a lawyer. The initial consultation went well, but once I paid the (substantial) retainer and submitted all the documents requested by the office, it was next to impossible to receive any response to my inquiries and nothing was done in my case for 5 months.
