I walked in not knowing that since my last visit a few years ago they no longer have a typical retail showroom. The young lady who waited on me was TREMENDOUS! Made several trips to the back room to bring out pants to try on. I paid a little extra to get cuffs hemmed, well worth it! Thanks for accommodating an unexpected walk-in.
Sometimes you take chances on giving someone an opportunity to better themselves when you know they have had a difficult past. When it does not work out they try to trash the very people who tried to help them. Just know we strive on providing outstanding products and customer service and have grown our business very successfully over the years. We will continue to help those we think deserve another chance even though we risk this kind of behavior.
