This company took pictures for Upwards Basketball in Flushing. They were very organized but didn’t have a clue how to work with people. The man taking pictures for us (older man, gray hair with fancy glasses) was incredibly short tempered, rude and talked in a condescending way towards the kids. Paid for Football & Cheer photos never recieved them. Paid with Debit for one an Cash with the other. Never received any of them. Only got a paper saying if I want to buy them only I can. I have proof of payment an have tried many times to contact them an no answers. Problem still isn't resolved. We were not the only parents on the team with this issue one parent even got the wrong child. They spoke to the children an parents very rude as well. Ordered soccer photos of my son in spring, but never received them or a refund. Three months later and still waiting. Very disappointing.

DO NOT USE J L Photo Co for any photography needs!!! Delta Township Parks and Rec used J L Photo Co for their Spring soccer pictures. Paid for pictures at the time of photos were taken, not only did I not receive the pictures, I called multiple times to try and get the issue resolved. Finally, I got a hold of someone and they sent the pictures out. Today, we receive the pictures. But they were not of the correct child nor his team.
