James was a no-show for my first appointment and blamed his assistant for not putting it on his calendar. My husband and I took off work for the meeting and wasted an hour of our time at his office. Very unprofessional, will seek another lawyer to work with.
James was an excellent lawyer throughout our process of purchasing a lot. He is incredibly responsive and on top of every aspect of the transaction. Kuo is very detailed and customer oriented in his approach. It was a pleasure working on a house deal with him. We ran into a situation where the seller was relatively hard to work with but Kuo did a good job navigating the difficulty in the process.
