Absolutely the worst experience! Not only can they not get it right after multiple warranty calls but the customer service is horrible as well! I had one rep, Chuck, literally get in my face and scream at me because i questioned why there was only one of the two men at my house actually working! When I called J Kraft headquarters to report the treatment that I received from this man I get excuses for his behavior!
