I am a small Design Firm in NJ. I had Cabinets delivered for a client buy this service. I was told that they would give me a window of time the evening before which is normal and customary for most freight companies. I did not receive a call and reached out to them at 8am on day of delivery. The rude man that answered my call told me they most certainly did call me and they have a automative service that informs them that the call was made and gave me a time that they supposedly left the message.
