I left my speaker here hoping the connection to the tv for surround sound got fixed instead my understanding is my speaker no longer works as it keeps shutting down. Mind you, he tried to say my speaker already was not working despite me clearly telling him my speaker worked for Bluetooth and just wanted to used the surround sound capability while watching movies. BEWARE !!!!!!!!THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES! this duo is running a scam. Son diagnosed TV without even looking at it ,said he knew what was wrong. Asked for cash upfront otherwise price would be much higher upon pickup. We asked for receipt but owner said no need we'll have it ready in a few days .They kept putting us off for days then weeks sighting multiple issues, They kept the money & tv now. Have heard several BAD & SHADY stories bout this father / son duo now.
I just had my 50" Samsung TV repaired by J & J TV Sales and Service. Leonard was professional and explained what was wrong with the TV after sending someone to pick it up as I could not bring it in. The estimate cost was reasonable as was the repair cost. He went over the pros and cons with me of fixing and keeping it vs getting a new TV. I went with getting it repaired and I just got it back (same day) and it works great. I appreciated his patience and quick service. Highly recommend.
Don’t trust owner, Ronaldo or his son Daniel Rodriguez. They are unethical. They robbed me! They asked for advance payment, asked for several extensions and when I came to pick up TV, the owner closed his business and didn’t give me my TV. I feel cheated, robbed and this is very wrong! I will report to BBB and have evidence of all the payments I made to have my TV repaired, only to be taken advantage of. Please do yourself a favor and don’t invest your time, money or energy.
