A JJ Richards truck was parked in a laneway at the back of mine, with the motor idling high for half an hour. It wasn’t until I went out onto the Lane did that truck finally leave. Half an hour to do paperwork? Only if you’re a Subbie trying to milk more money out of the Company. JJ Richards doesn’t need anymore one star reviews, does it?

This company is the worst I have dealt with, their drivers won't even get out of the truck to move the bin. They charge for services they don't provide. Operations needs to look up the word 'service' in the dictionary. Do yourself a favour and give this mob a miss, go to Cozens or anyone else. I can't give a zero rating so they get 1 star.

Have been with this company for 7years.After they approached me. In the last few months our bin was forgotten about on our calendar pick up on many occasions. When I finally got sick of emailing I realised we must be an inconvenience to them being less then 6ks from next pick up. But a truck drives past each week. I would not recommend this company as they are obviously only after the big players & to big for their own boots. Shame. Found another company that is 1/2 the price so was a bonus in the long run. Do your homework
