I am extremely disappointed with the service from JJ Richards & Sons. The level of service is unacceptable — they overcharge customers and appear to deliberately drag out contracts in a way that feels very close to taking advantage of people. In particular, a staff member named Jake was very pushy and seemed to manipulate the situation, trying to lock customers into agreements without proper transparency. DO NOT RECOMMEND, CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! We have been a customer for over five years; however, our recent experience following relocation has been completely unacceptable. A new representative attended our site, signed us up without raising any concerns, and arranged for a bin to be delivered. Despite this, our first scheduled collection was missed, and the issue has continued unresolved for weeks. The worst company I've ever dealt with, they are like scamming customers, poor service but asking for high prices, and always locking contracts so that customers can't terminate, I hope that this company will close soon so that there are no more victims of bullying
Do not enter into a contract with this company unless you are prepared for repeated 30% price increases and zero accountability. We worked with them for four years and signed two contracts. In earlier years, although prices were raised, they were at least willing to discuss and slightly reduce the increase. That minimal willingness to engage is the only reason we continued. I wish there was a zero stars rating. Terrible company to deal with. Not good to their customers at all. They will leave hanging with a pile of rubish and couldn't care less. Do yourself a favour and look for a better provider
