Our experience at J&J was great. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a pool table and a Hot springs hot tub. Both have worked excellent and staff is there for technical support if needed. Strongly recommend.
Great pool table and fast service!
Won't sell me a part because I didn't buy my hotspring tub there. Done buying all my supplies there since they don't want me as a customer. What a disingenuous reply from the owner. Buy supplies from Sam's or order online. Save your money because they won't be there to help you service your tub when you need parts.
Thank you to the amazing women who allowed a sale right when she was closing. She could have turned me away and she did NOT. Not to mention was able to give me that last filter they had. Now that’s customer service. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but I sure do appreciate it!
