I agree with Tammy DeRosa, I had the same negative experience with J&J Natural Stone. In March of 2024, Ricky Garza and his crew completely resurfaced my pool deck for $7,000. When the work was completed, the pool deck looked great, but the very first rain caused ugly stains that would not come off. J&J Natural Stone never got back to me despite several attempts to contact them. I had a wonderful experience when Ricky Garza and J&J Natural Stone did our driveway last year. Price was $5,000. Unfortunately, there was some cracking and degradation (see pics). We have called the company five times to find out what can be done. Ricky, for some reason, does not return our call. I wish we knew what we could do next as the work had a 2 year warranty - feels like we were scammed. I feel worse that I recommended him to many others in our community. Beware!
J & J did my original handcrafted stone work at both my business and home in 2004. We had to remove the business walkway this month and have it re-created ONLY because I had some water issues. The work close to the building was still perfect! The crew worked so we were able to still have customers coming in the doors and helped me choose the right colors and patterns for the front walkway. Look no further. Not only was the price the best around but the quality of work and finished product is remarkable. The process was easy from quotation to completion. Very responsive to phone calls, scheduling and timely. Couldn’t be happier!
