Absolutely STELLAR refurb on a 20 year old kilt ! Fits like a glove, delivered when promised, affordable price and immaculate tailoring. I'm a full time piper and wear a kilt almost daily, and i know this kilt will see many many more years of duty. Highly Recommend J Higgins & Co, ten+ stars
I had a 31 year old kilt that I got married in but my wife is too good a cook and so I grew around the waist and couldn't fit into it. I haven't worn that kilt for 15 years. For our anniversary I decided to have it altered and John Higgins said he'd do it. It needed a complete reconstruction but once finished, it looks every bit as good as the day I first wore in in Glasgow. Great job with very reasonable prices.
