Well, it has taken me a while to comment . I mulled it over as they were very nice people. However, we had them reupholster 3 chairs, two of which were recliners. At first we were so excited as they looked so different , and new with the new fabric. After the chairs were home for awhile, I noticed the raw edges showed where the material was wrapped around the back of the recliners, ravels showed. Our chairs do not back up against a wall. I had them fix this wingtip chair I found that was in the worst condition that you could imagine. The springs were worn, the fabric was distressed BUT the frame itself was in perfect condition. It was around Valentines so I had them use this red/red-ish fabric that they already had at the shop to redo the chair. I was really happy with the way the chair came out (my wife was very happy with her Valentines gift) and how quickly everything was done.
