Worst CPA I have ever worked with - asked him to file an extension years ago and he never did. That caused a very lofty bill from the IRS. Went back to him and he would not help. His filing fee was nearly 1k back then - and then crickets when you needed him. I ended up taking 2 years to fight the IRS myself and won (didn't have to pay them a dime) yet this is Mr. Sung's area of specialty. Would not touch him or his officeS with a 10 foot pole.
I scheduled my tax preparation appointment one month ago. We waited 40 minutes, CPA never showed up to the appointment today. His assistant was not very helpful either and I had to ask her to help call to see if Jerry was coming or not. Waste of my time driving all the way to their office for nothing.
