I recently attended my uncle's funeral service and drove from Toledo. When getting in line for the funeral procession, the gentleman lining up the cars noticed my rear tire was low on air. Upon inspection, my tire had a nail in it. The gentleman introduced himself as Jim and said no problem, I can fix it. He said he had an air compressor inside and a tire plug kit. I cannot express my appreciation for Purse Funeral Home and their staff for going above and beyond by fixing my tire at my uncle's funeral service.

I only wanted cremation for my aunt since she was in her 90's and had no children. Gary was friendly and didn't try to upsell me like other funeral homes I had checked with.

I cannot even express enough how amazing this establishment is in times of grief. Gary was a pleasure to work with through planning simply the worst time of our lives. One of our twins passed away at 9 days old. Gary was so open and upfront with pricing, went very in depth of explaining every step necessary. He even was able to paint my baby girls nails with the color I provided so we could match our nails one time. He was very responsive through calls and texts at anytime we had a question. Purse Funeral Home was exceptional in a difficult time for our family. Gary was helpful, informative, helped us understand the process, also handled all of the details of arranging for our cremation.
