I've asked several times for a refund by text and email, since they failed to come to my home to pick up items for my move on the date assigned. No one will contact me so I lost my things. They must be scammers so please be leary of this company.
They are a great company to have work done. Very professional, polite, and friendly. I would recommend and refer to anyone.
