I was calling with questions on how to go about certain things and was met with rudeness right off the bat from whoever answered the phone (female) was told I couldn’t get a trust done bc it’s made for “rich people” when I know that isn’t true..literally anyone can get one done. When the term was mentioned I was asked “do you know what this is or did you Google that term online”. Completely unprofessional!
