Very disappointed in the service given from the manager on duty. I was looking for an item to which he said "was not available " without even verifying. After this I asked an associate for the same item to which he was very helpful and found the item. In other words: an associate gives better service than the "manager". El servicio del asociado de piso es mejor que el del "gerente" de turno.
