Overall we were not impressed. We hoped that by working with a professional, we could get some tax questions answered and file with ease. Unfortunately, they did not have answers, gave generic filing advice without looking at our documentation (advice that seems to be incorrect upon further research), and we’re still having to figure out some local taxes ourselves. Next year we plan to save a couple hundred bucks and go back to filing ourselves.

I wouldn't recommend them. Murray did not pay attention to detail.just an update my daughters taxes got sent back because of the address. Now I'm on hold for 30 minutes now trying to correct JE WIGGINS messup.

I have worked with this small-excellent firm since 2016, when I decided to ditch self-preparation with H&R Block (I had started with Kiplinger's tax cut as my mom knew him) and highly recommend them. Especially helpful is Betty Carroll, who brings a wealth (she's rich) of experience to preparing my taxes. This review comes just after I filed yesterday after an extension for 2022.
