Horrible business. Do not use. Owner and husband very unprofessional. They subject you to run around and fundamentally strange policy. If you voice an opinion they become hostle and will exit you as a customer. Lack of accountability and common sense and logical train of thoughts. All the good tax prepares have retired. I wish they were half as good as they think they are, problems would have been avoided. Zero stars for sure.
I have worked with J.E. Wiggins on Country Club Road in Columbus for over 20 years. Have been VERY happy with the Eesley's service in all regards!!! Mike
Overall we were not impressed. We hoped that by working with a professional, we could get some tax questions answered and file with ease. Unfortunately, they did not have answers, gave generic filing advice without looking at our documentation (advice that seems to be incorrect upon further research), and we’re still having to figure out some local taxes ourselves. Next year we plan to save a couple hundred bucks and go back to filing ourselves.
