After 19 years of being a client we will no longer be going. Joan was very short with us after having a bad call with a client. Which I can overlook. Everyone has bad days. We were in on Feb 11th, I sent 2 supportive docs before noon the next day, and our taxes were not filed until the May 4th. I’ve been coming here for 26 years, But I am about done with them, My last time they were having a bad day and they took it out on me, Almost didn’t dare ask a question, Some years they treat me good than other years I feel they’re cheating?
They are totally overwhelmed with people. Never get my taxes back until may or June. Don’t go there. They are rude
Yeah don’t tell me me and my brothers license are expired when they clearly weren’t. We’ll see what else Is messed up or what other problems I have
