From initial quote (they personally came and viewed my place which was very comforting from a quote point of view) through to the actual day of loading and the regional Victorian unloading a couple of days hence, the Doolan crew were exceptional in every way. Nothing too much trouble including some difficult pieces of furniture 3 stories up to a large sauna and outdoor furniture. Everything arrived in one piece - not a scratch! Leo and Tyrone were excellent in relocating my 3 bedroom home contents to my new place. They went above and beyond my expectations, even putting 2 beds together for me. They were careful and gentle with my belongings and I have a lot of breakables. I can not thank the team at Doolan enough for all their help, professional manner, excellent customer service, prompt responses, white gloves service and the best part their reasonable pricing. If you are moving house or location or need packing and unpacking services you have to use Doolan. Thankyou Leo and frank and the team. Wonderful experience and took the stress out of our big move. Anything is possible with Doolan, just ask and they will endeavor to try and make it happen.
Frank and the team were fantastic, they were on time, and incredibly quick, they safely transported all our stuff with no issues at all, even helped with a stubborn seized washing machine pipe. Would highly recommend and will use them again
