Just do not have the time to give all details of this online company. Bottom line gave them the Power of Attorney and they did NOTHING. At first decent communication. But individual I was dealing with no longer worked there and nobody told me !! ( Red Flag ) things went south from there. I was told X and Y happened. I ended calling IRS when it should have been J David Tax doing what I paid up front for them to do! They did take my money real quick though. My advice do your home work.
