This review is very late. Dave Bogenschutz represented me when I was charged with 3 crimes that I did not commit. I felt like I had my own "dream team". He hired a relentless private investigation firm on my behalf, and his out of state fire investigator picked apart city and insurance investigator reports to prove my innocence. I took a little time but Mr Bogenschutz would not let me take a plea deal and got all charges dropped.
