Terrible service. The man answered my phone call with a simple "hello." He then proceeded to tell me that I could not call and schedule a mediation appointment between the ex and me because normally lawyers do so. I stated that the X and I have mediated many times and never did we bring our lawyers to the session. He claims that he's not used to talking to the individuals needing the mediation.
