Over the course of more than 5 years. I have used J&D Photo to digitize and restore old photos for me. They are the only local company who can scan/digitize an oversize hand painted portrait in the frame. They did exactly that for me of an oversize hand painted portrait that was well over 100 years old. It was so old it would been destroyed if you attempted to remove it to digitally scan it. I've been going to J&D Photo for years now. I've had them do numerous services for me including: - Film processing - Photo restorations - Canvas/ Fine art prints (They do giclee printing!!) - Bulk scans of tons of old photos - Holiday Cards And all services have been excellent. I love that they're locally owned and operated. They are experts at everything they do and I can not tell you how many cherished memories have gone through this shop. We have a family member on hospice, and J&D went above and beyond to scan 300 photos for us quickly so we could have them ready for a slideshow. They got them to us so quickly that we were able to play the slideshow for our family member and they shared stories that we never heard before. Thank you, J&D, for making that possible.
