Stay away from this business!!! As others have noted, Susan is insanely unprofessional, rude and vindictive. You are not allowed to question any of her decisions or actions. I feel sorry for her clients and staff. She took on our probate case, bungled the whole thing and when we dared question her actions and process she dropped us as clients with little warning, charged us thousands and thousands of dollars and left us in a worse situation than when we started. Susan is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional, would not recommend at all.
I'd give Susan a 10-star rating if I could! She's been a tremendous help for myself and my family. She presents as precise, detailed, succinct, and no-nonsense, as she is such a wealth of information to process through without wasting time and drawing out her fees.
