Susan is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional, would not recommend at all.
I'd give Susan a 10-star rating if I could! She's been a tremendous help for myself and my family. She presents as precise, detailed, succinct, and no-nonsense, as she is such a wealth of information to process through without wasting time and drawing out her fees. We had a similar experience to previous negative reviews. I can’t express enough how much we would NOT RECOMMEND.
Susan and her team were wonderful to work with! My parents worked with her to get their wills written up, and she was thorough, direct, and timely. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what was going on. I would highly recommend her!
Susan is rude and confrontational. There is a difference between being direct and being so rude that all our family members jaws were on the floor. We were uncomfortable and unsure what to do. Would not recommend her.
