Called to confirm my dad had officially filed his will and to confirm his wishes as he didn't have a copy after he passed away unexpectedly. They billed me for a "real property review" and some other nonsense. I was on the phone with them for less than 5 minutes and they did absolutely no work other than confirming those two questions. They were unable to provide a copy of the will, but boy could they charge to answer questions from their records! Oh. And they didn't disclose there was a fee to pick up the phone. Disgusting.
similar experiences to those below. awful legal advice, she talks over you, and those poor employees….I’ve heard Susan scream at them.
Received terrible legal advice at a high cost. Went to another lawyer to get good advice but had to pay them for nothing.
