Bought a sectional from J&D they had it delivered in under an hr. Great customer service, great price will definitely return in the future.
Went here a few years ago to get a coffee table my wife at the time ordered it when she got it she was unhappy with it. The staff was very accommodating and suggested something else. My wife took a look at it in the showroom and liked it so they delivered it she got it home and she said that she didn't want it she wanted them to come back and pick it up. Poor customer service; the staff was rude and unprofessional. I was ready to make a purchase, but I changed my mind because of the front desk agent's attitude. Do not go there.
