The two ladies there seemed nice; however, we were promised our equipment would arrive within three days and nothing. Then we were told it would come the next week and nothing. Their voice mail box is also always full. Equipment arrived about two weeks later. Just wished we weren’t told something else in the beginning but overall, good.

Terrible product knowledge and terrible customer service. The sad part is that they probably don’t even care about reviews because of no competition.

very helpful company. their lady tech there did an amazing job on my freezer. great costumer and communication skills. would definitely recommend their service work.
