Very disappointing experience at JC Food Mart #4. The customer service needs improvement, and the overall experience was not what I expected. A grocery store should prioritize customer satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and makes improvements. I would hesitate to return unless things get better.

Priscilla was amazing! She greeted me with such kindness and treated me with care, even understanding my speech challenges. Thank you so much, Ms. Priscilla — I’ll definitely be coming back because of you! She was also multitasking and making sure everything was spotless 🧽. Truly one of the sweetest people out there! 😊😊
