Very rude and tried to deliver earlier than scheduled. We are traveling salespeople so we have to schedule our deliveries. Shelby was definitely not customer focused and not willing to work with us. I am surprised Sams uses them with these kind of reviews. I too would have given. -10 if that was an option.
No show, no call. They set an appointment between 1-5, rules say someone over 18 has to be there to accept delivery, then no show without notice. Sorry about that! Let's schedule another appointment. Update: recieved an email that it is out for delivery, just running late and would arrive by 8pm. It seems the first customer rep was wrong. 8pm came and went - no contact from them. Sub contractor for AIT worldwide to deliver patio set from Sam’s Club, never showed up for appointment time. Called and they said they have no clue when they will deliver.
If I could give a negative 5 I would!! They were sub contractor from Estes to deliver a sofa (in boxes mind you) I was informed 1/2 hour before delivery by the driver that they do not deliver to second floor and that he was the only one on delivery. That he would leave it downstairs So, I said ABSOLUTELY NO, DO NOT DELIVER. When trying to reach the company I looked up on Google. The number it provided was actually the owner. He wouldn't even help me and wondered how I got his number. He then gave me 2 numbers to call...both ... read more
