I was glad that I found J Berkey & Co., a small family owned business. I called and had an appointment in a couple of days. It was such a relief to me to have a professional complete my taxes correctly and on time. John was very personable and professional. I really appreciated him and his time to clarify some things that affected my taxes. I will definitely be back next year and would highly recommend him to others.
I met John several years ago at a local non profit. In addition he was there graciously volunteering his time helping others! i met with John in 2022 after he was highly recommended to me on the FB marketplace. We had a meeting to discuss my taxes, he quoted me a price and we went over all my deductions and the end price was lower than what he originally quoted. That proved to me right there how honest this guy is. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful with all the questions that we had. As always, John is very professional, knowledgeable, and we are very happy with the work he's done for us.
Such a nice guy and very good at what he does, i told him my situation with my taxes and also the stimulus checks, i could have been in and out in five minutes but he is so personal we had some side chat that made coming there a much better experience. I highly recommend him to anyone !
