The exceptional service and selection at Ballams was one we have not experienced before Relaxed atmosphere and Jim was a pleasure to do business with. We purchased 2 recliners while having a very pleasant experience Would definitely recommend!

I have had an exceptionally good experience at this business while purchasing my new Lazy-boy recliner. Jim (the owner as well as sales) was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with and the chair arrived before the promised time with no "surprises". When I got the chair home, I had a minor issue with it; I dropped by Ballam the next day and explained the situation to Jim and that evening he personally came to my house after work to take a look and then told me he would get the part on order!
