Bought a couch from Ballam Furniture and now all my friends suddenly want to hang out at my place. Coincidence? I think not. Great customer service, quality furniture, and honestly a great experience start to finish. My only regret is not buying the matching chair.
Fast and friendly service. Discounted prices on quality sheets brought us in and we'll happily return for future purchases to support this local and family owned business. The discount was more than what was marked on the product so that was an excellent surprise!
Recently bought two La-Z-Boy recliner chairs and experienced the absolute best level of customer service and by far the best pricing! The owner Jim went way above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would highly recommend this company!
