I have had an exceptionally good experience at this business while purchasing my new Lazy-boy recliner. Jim (the owner as well as sales) was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with and the chair arrived before the promised time with no "surprises". When I got the chair home, I had a minor issue with it; I dropped by Ballam the next day and explained the situation to Jim and that evening he personally came to my house after work to take a look and then told me he would get the part on order! Bought a couch from Ballam Furniture and now all my friends suddenly want to hang out at my place. Coincidence? I think not. Great customer service, quality furniture, and honestly a great experience start to finish. My only regret is not buying the matching chair.
