I use to ride with them and for the most part, the bus drivers were great but when I had one try to kick me out of the bus (I was in 3rd grade and I have special needs) and when one was always rude and would drive past my house with me waiting outside, the owner of the company herself told me that my mom (who called when she realized those two bus drivers were terrible) just had a problem with everyone and called me a liar. Line's always busy and the drivers are always insanely rude. Very unprofessional owner or receptionist, whatever she is... terrible customer service all the way around... and your transporting our children?
