I needed desperate assistance with a broken trailer spring on a weekend. They supplied new springs and helped get me back on the road.
They were very responsive and sorted my engine fault same day, Where other Dealers needed 3 weeks, and were very good value for money. the customer service was excellent
Now I have had the greatest experience here. Rang to let them know my problem after Ringing around Townsville nothing for 3-4 weeks. I was told to bring it in and they would do it this afternoon. Job done. But then Johno, sad you got an hour. We must take it for a run before you go. Great service
Pure terrible service, not willing to help and that Bobby that works behind the counter is absolute scum of a human being
