Company cares more about wasting a drivers time by sending us out to Barstow and equipment moves than actually running loads. The TM always says there's not enough work... maybe stop hiring people and get rid of 3p drivers and have actual employees run loads.
Company on cares about policy and not what happens in the real world when it comes to a family emergency. They rather write you up instead of seeing the big picture. Definitely has a lot of favoritism going on.
