I’m a neighbor to a restaurant they deliver for, and the delivery driver was openly peeing in the parking lot behind his truck but facing towards my apartment. Absolutely disgusting. They’re delivering food, just ask the restaurant to use the bathroom or use an ally. Nasty!
Edna from customer service is da bomb. Always pleasant and helpful. Ordering through the app is nice too
From a customer standpoint there is no other vendor like Ambrogi. They can take my order till 10:30 pm and be at my kitchen with multiple pallet orders by 3:30 am the next day. If i need something they don’t care the size of the order. They will send a driver out to our location for a minimal order. Couldn’t recommend this service enough. Will call orders are also ready in minutes to pickup no matter the size
