Great place to do your taxes but last year for the first time ever I had to mail my return I've always use direct deposit to get my tax returns back in they didn't offer direct deposit it took me six months to get my return. I still recommend them but I'm going to use another tax service next year or turbo tax so I don't have to wait six months.
Ive called this place about a dozen times for my W2 that should have been mailed out in JANUARY! I still havent recieved it. They told me they mailed it to me 3 times. I gave them my address 2 of those times. Now they say they will email it but ive been waiting for those 6 emails since Feb 11. Ive called the irs so maybe that will light the fire under their a$$es.
