After the windstorm yesterday Lake Arrowhead Ranch Estates was out of power for about 4 hours. Once everyone's power came back on ours was still off. We reported to JAC that we had a hanging wire. They called back quickly to let us know someone would come out they just did not know when. At 11 pm two trucks came out and fixed us up in minutes. Appreciate the response after I am sure what was a long day for their crews. Thanks JAC!!

the manager shane and kenneth are very rude and disrespectful to women. kenneth yelled at me he would not hook up my electric until he spoke to my husband.The manager shane called me a liar when I told him they left a hole and a pole in my front yard. They did not explain that it would cost $2400 to hook up electric.
