Can't get on their website keeping getting "access denied" and no one ever answers the phone. You keep getting the same message that everyone is busy. Tried many, many ties and no sucess.
Welcome to customer support how can I assist you.... yes I opened this new titan net my wife purchased, did an inventory count and i missing poles. No worries, take it all out, set it up the best your can and take photos.... sir im missing frame pole it cant be assembled. It will take 9 days to get you your poles... Nope I'll return it and go buy a competitor's that can put all the pieces in one box and shipped at the same time. Worst 120$ spent
Had a swami 6000 with a low battery charge, brought it to Izzo Golf, told Josh about the problem, a few minutes later and I got a brand new replacement. That's awesome customer service!!
If a negative review was available or minus stars that would have been my utilized choice. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Friendly warning y'all, just saying. Terrible communication, lying tactics, zero empathy shown for a lack of communication within a prolly constructed customer service portal. Unable to provide the type of support needed when simply trying to track a package from them, rude argumentative and not worth the headaches
