Great sports massage! He really knows what he’s doing and helped so much with chronic knee and hip injuries I have from exercising a lot. I’m excited to have found a place I want to go back to.
Tamas (Hungarian, so as accent on the last syllable!) Great massages that treat my immediately and chronic needs. Tamas is super cute and sweet, so it's a very welcoming and safe place. They do bill insurance, although I just knoe mine is. Tamas is also a very good communicator.

I can’t recommend Tamas enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly has a deep understanding of the body. He takes the time to listen, explains what he’s doing, and is very personable, which makes every session comfortable and relaxing. Tamas is exceptionally skilled. He has helped loosen up my back and shoulders that have been locked up for years. I am now a regular client. He came highly recommended on Facebook from the Bend community. He lets you pick your own music and maintains a clean space. His rates are a great value for the excellent treatment.
