I have some commercial loans and had my first loan with this bank. Chose them since I moved and it’s near my house and was hoping to find a bank to do my future business with. I was charged a prepayment penalty for selling my property when they only said it would be for refinancing. My last bank never charged that so being charged $10,000 as a fee screwed up my deal.
