I recently stopped in to my favorite branch of Ixonia Bank to withdraw some funds from one of my accounts there. I received a warm greeting from one of the tellers. Lilly went on to provide outstanding assistance. She helped me out quickly with great enthusiasm. You can tell Lilly cares about providing customers with the best experience. It's experiences like this that make going out of my way to stop in worth it.
