I've been calling for days texting and trying to get someone to come out and fix my son's phone. I live in Michigan but he lives in fort Worth and he doesn't have a car and he needs his phone for work and important stuff.. I keep getting messages back saying that they will contact the tech and let me know something but then never hear back even after calling and texting for a reply! . Very poor communication very unbusiness likeĀ
