I reached out to Barry ivy tax service. His rate is $250 starting which seems very high for tax form 540. It's funny. My mom and I used him about 12 years ago and he charged us $100. I have wondered why all the sudden he blew up. I understand inflation but it seems like my tax problem is pretty simple and that is a bit bit high $250 starting and it could be more.
