I have been going to the Ivy Hydration Bar in Lake Geneva for over a year. I have always found Kim to be very professional and friendly. I highly recommend her services.
I’d love to say I had a good experience, but it was anything but. As a nurse, I understand sometimes a patients veins can be challenging, which is why you take your time. The first stick resulted in blowing my vein. The 2nd stick (lower on the same arm) resulted in infiltration, causing swelling and pain of the surrounding area. I had to call her back and let her know it was incredibly painful. The IV was then removed. She finally got it to take in my other arm (3rd times a charm I guess). Welcoming and friendly staff! Calming environment! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend! Being 61 with a few health issues and not able to stay properly hydrated this has been a Godsend for me. Even my primary care provider has noticed the difference and approved! I purchased the membership and appreciate the savings. Staff is always attentive.
IVY Therapy is such a nice little hide away in Lake Geneva. The staff is amazing & very informative. The environment is super cozy and welcoming. Plus I felt amazing after my IV hydration.
