Sadly, it would appear they went out of business. Sign on the door says "Store is closed." Signage outside has been removed. Let us have a collective moment of silence please... Ivy and Safe you will be missed at Power & Ray.
We bought an expensive wall hanging, it began to fall apart and we were told to bring it back the creator would repair it. We brought it in and were told to leave it. They called the next day and said to come by and pick it up. My wife took her lunch break to go over to pick it up only to be told that they didn't have a glue gun so too bad they weren't going to honor their word and repair it. I guess since they have decided to close they no longer care about customer service!!
