Beware of billing issue!!! you will get surprise bill and call center agents are rude enough to understand that. I went for the initial assessment there, and clearly asked them that my deductible was high enough to be met so what would be my out of pocket expense for my insurance. knowing that I need to pay from my pocket. they told me it will be $100 ( not even a range - understanding they get the final after placing request to insurance). The team at Ivy Hamilton were excellent.
I was diagnosed for Cervical issues! I was hoping the therapy would stop and I don’t need surgery! I had a year long pain while I continued my therapy.There were times, I feel it will not work. Devika had faith in her capabilities and she helped me to recover. I will be glad to recommend her and her staff safely to anyone to manage pain!
